On-line Sexual Harassment Awareness Training for SMBSD Employees (read instructions below, then click here.)

This year, the district has the opportunity to pilot a program to have some employees receive Sexual Harassment awareness training on-line instead of in-person from their principal or department head. In order to complete the on-line training, you will need a computer with Internet access and approximately 35 to 45 minutes. The session can be taken at work or at home. Then click on the red "New! Online Training" box.

Login Step 2:

Click on "signup here" to create a new user. This will require a personal ID and Password that you should memorize. Please sign up using your first and last name as they appear on your Social Security card. You MUST list your school site or department in the "location" box. Do not leave it blank. Please use just the "last"name of your school site, for example - Bruce, Kunst, Taylor, etc. For Maintenance, write M&O. For the Souza Center, write Souza. Please select the job category closest to your own. There may not be an exact match.  If the Sexual Harassment title does not appear in your list of "Required Modules," please look for the title under the "Other Available Modules" drop down list and click on it from there.  You can stop the session and return later to finish it without losing your work. Please read carefully. There is a multiple choice quiz at the end of the session. You must receive 100% on the quiz to qualify as having completed the training.

You may take the quiz more than once.
