2010-2011 Extended Day, Intervention, and other Programs Request
To get a CLASS ID, complete the form below. It will be sent to the appropriate persons for authorization. The ID will be e-mailed back to the school administration and the teacher. The Attendance will be accomplished via Aeries ABI, after creating Aeries Supplemental Attendance.
