To book a room at a school site, please email Barbara Houghton bhoughton@smbsd.net in Maintenance and Operations, with this completed form.
RESERVING A SOUZA CENTER CONFERENCE ROOM
To request a room reservation at the Souza Center, you must complete this form (Need help? Click here for a how-to).
You can add the Souza Room Reserver calendar to your "Other Calendars" (see specifics in the how-to linked above). The default below is the "month view," but you are able to see more detail by clicking the tab that says "Week."
Please note:
1) Your request will be filled based on room availability for that date, the number of people, and room set-up required.
2) An email from "srreserver@smbsd.net" will follow your request, noting the date, room assignment and any set-up specifics. Clicking "yes" to this email will serve as your confirmation.
3) If you are a non-district organization, you must provide the district with documentation that you have a $1,000,000.00 Insurance policy in case of accident or injury.
