The Employee Portal provides registered staff with access to limited information from Escape anytime, anywhere, on any device: computer, tablet, or smartphone.  Things like the following:

• Contact info including address, phone, email addresses and more
• Position information for current and past positions
• Education and credentials
• Benefits for dependents
• Leave information, including balances and usages
• Payroll with snapshots for paychecks/advice's (pay stubs) and W2's for multiple years
• Managers will have view of their department staff 
• Escape approvers are able to make approvals on the go

• 403(b) Salary Reduction Agreement Form and Approved Tax Deferred Provider List - Use this form following the Provider List to establish, change, or cancel elective deferrals and submit to Payroll. Contact TDS, Tax Deferred Solutions for assistance, contact information on last page of form.
• California Employee's Withholding Allowance Form - Note:  This form must be completed along with the W-4 form below. Submit forms to payroll for processing.
• Direct Deposit Form - Use this form to have your paycheck automatically deposited in your checking or savings account. Download and complete form. Once form is completed, print and sign. Please come by to drop off the completed form to the Payroll Department at the Souza Center.

The office of Student Housing is responsible for coordinating between the district and other government agencies, regarding student housing planning, population trends, school attendance boundaries, conduct studies, assist parents with student attendance boundaries.  Some of the agencies are Office of Public School Construction, State Department of Education, Facility Planning Division, and Division of State Architect.

Student Housing is responsible for coordinating the approval/denial of inter-district transfers. Students seeking intra-district transfers must be coordinated and approved, this office is the designated authority for those transfers.
