Multilingual Services Master Plan

SMBSD is home to a large number of English Learners (ELs) with over half our learners actively learning English. Approximately 80% of SMBSD's student population is an Ever-EL (current English learner, reclassified English learner). The SMBSD Multilingual (English Learner) Master Plan is designed to capture the totality of the District's service model for Multilingual learners. The Plan provides specific guidance to all District and school staff on how to identify and serve ELs.
