If you have already coached this year you do not have to complete these training sessions again.

3. Concussion in Sports 

When all training is complete, please send your certificates to Maurecia Rea-Clark at mreaclark@smbsd.net

Student-athletes should be encouraged to find their own transportation if possible. If a student-athlete expresses their inability to participate due to transportation here are options:

1. Students can ride with another student's parent/guardian.
   • Waiver of Liability - to be signed by the parent driver
   • Waiver and Permission to Transport Child - to be signed by the parent of the student getting a ride
2. Student rides with an SMBSD Staff member.
   • Use of Private Vehicle Form - completed by staff member
   • Waiver and Permission to Transport Child - to be signed by the parent of the student getting a ride
3. If a student is a McKinney Vento student, reach out to your Community Liaison at your site. McKinney Vento can provide rides for their students.
